just so we’re clear here…..to thaw meat means to change it from a frozen state to a simply refrigerated one. To DEthaw would mean to put back in the freezer after it had been thawed, if such a word existed!

You can’t de-thaw meat unless you are putting it in the freezer. They are trying to thaw the meat on the line. I see diarrhea in their future…
