Low voltage, no big deal. The laptop “should” be isolated from the line power by the transformer. The only place there is high voltage is in the LCD screen, and that would shut down quick enough so as not to harm anything. The laptop sure wouldn’t like the water (which itself is non-conductive, it’s crap IN the water), but very little danger to a human.
