Lets see how many things can you see wrong with this photo….. 1: passenger is in a plastic lawn chair 2. I see a support beam made of wood holding up a make shift roof 3. This looks like a mini van made into a truck. OK what else am I missing here???

I think it is or, rather WAS, a Chevy Express (full size) van.
