Plugging the holes

by DebbieWTR
August 1, 2012

“A sidewalk near where I live in Downtown Atlanta is falling apart, disintegrating so that the hollow space below it is open to the air. Could be dangerous but, rather than fix this, the nearby building owner has apparently decided to go the WTR route and just plug the holes up with inverted traffic cones. Actually since I took these pictures a white and orange saw horse has been added, although the cones are still there, plugging the holes. “

Makes sense actually, if the cone was face up, some moron would kick it out of the way and snap his leg off putting his foot in the hole.
The way said moron can NOT hurt himself. The white saw horse is just to keep the morons from tripping over it, Which probably already happened, hence the addition.

I would have to assume the sidewalk would be the cities responsibility to fix anyway, not the store owner.
