What is wrong with a portable traffic light? They are usually used when construction is happening and the intersection needs to be kept open, or when an accident has taken out a regular light and a quick temporary repair is needed. This is not a fail, it is smart. What is a fail, however, is this picture being taken like they did something wrong!
