This lady (?) does not know how to properly affix her seat belt.
Instead of taking a picture, the photographer should have assisted her in properly securing it, by informing her that the belt has to go around her neck once, THEN out the window for it to actually work in the event of an accident.
The manner in which she has secured the belt will potentially lead to a broken window if she gets into a major accident, and she surely does not want to end up with a broken window.
