See the Airbag?

I thought that was just a bag tapped over a broken window at first. Because the airbags went off that car is totaled,no one will register on insure that VIN. You can never know if an airbag will work twice it is install once and done piece of equipment. Don’t know he thinks he can sell that car or who would buy it.
