When I see disasters like this on the road, I move to another lane so they aren’t in front of me, just in case….

What? It’s probably locked in gear or with the brake on, and there are a number of ropes holding it in place. Plus wedges under the rear wheels. And the driver can brake a heck of a lot harder than he will ever accelerate that vehicle, so it’s definitely not rolling out the back. That thing isn’t going anywhere. What the heck more do you want???
