This is deva vu…. I manage apartments and the dude that was taking care of them before me did this shit.. The issue is.. if the drain is not 12″ to wall, and is instead a 10″ to wall clearance, you need a special order toilet…. Or you COULD just cut a fuckin hole in the wall eh?

I would frame and drywall that hole; make it like a wall niche. But who has time or patience for such professionalism? Oh, wait, I do.
they make a OFFSET TOILET FLANGE fitting for this situation, can’t tell if thats a concrete floor or not but that is so fixable
