If I understand correctly, the car dolly is being pulled by only the winch? Or the van is being held on the dolly by only the winch? The pulling vehicle is truly a piece of work. Looks like it used to be worth more than the van its towing.
the dolly is being pulled by a HITCH. The winch is only used to pull a disabled vehicle onto the dolly, then the vehicle is strapped to the dolly. BTW this dumbass took a good vehicle and turned into a first class piece of shit.
I would say being Kzoo it was probably a “meth moment” or just a typical redneck Michigan thing. Its not all bad here but we could be White Trash Repair capital from what I’ve seen. lol
