2 less shovel fulls and his weight will be too much and he will drop like a rock. Got to be 3rd world, OSHA would shut a jobsite down in a heartbeat with the ladder like that on site.

Isnt it taking more energy to climb up that ladder than to just pull up the sand bag from the ground floor? Maybe physics work differently in Nicaragua
