I was in the passenger seat when we noticed this bus. The driver was going about 35 mph, so we passed him before the image really hit us. Well, we pulled over, waited for him to catch up, then got back on the road so I could take a picture. You can see how the bus has no windows and how the lettering was spray painted over. It was special. Hope you can use the photos!”

Not an uncommon sight around “these parts”. Used School buses (most have the top cut off) are used all over farms around here.
There are all around Delmarva during watermelon season to take them to auction block.
watermelon and pumpkin farms often use old school buses in the fields when the gather the crop. they pick the harvest right in to them, easy to use and they hold tons.
Deliverance was filmed in georgia not in Virginia
HEY! Is that a NEGRO drivin’ a bus fulla watermillons? YAS SUH!
US 58 Is in VA and yes surplus school buses make GREAT farm vehicles,,,,lots of room top on or off, can carry a big load of anything… tomatoes, melons, sweet potatoes or illegal farm workers,or as they are called here on the ESVA “migrant Workers”. But they still spend $2M a year AFTER what they send home via WU. So we love them and give them Xmas boxes to feed their little US citizens.
“Deliverance”? You sound like a typical Washingtonian bigot.
Have to second the Georgia/Deliverance motion.
Get your metaphors right or go to a political board where no one cares if you’re wrong.
