Just a couple of shopping baskets hung on the wall with a frame. I’m not sure if that is a copper frame or not but if it is then this isn’t a cheap frame.

It can’t be copper. Copper gets stolen in white trash neighborhoods.

That looks like wood to me, but what’s with the scum stealing the baskets? Couldn’t they afford a $1 basket from the dollar store? When they get caught, their fine will be a lot more than if they had bought them at the dollar store.
They actually look pretty useless, unless you just plan on throwing junk into them. And I dont think they would hold alot of weight well either.
