I agree it doesn’t look to bad. However I’d be leery about a driving or riding in something like this. After all how do you know the frame was properly restructured and welded?

Why would you have to restructure the frame? It more than likely is a 4 door long bed dually frame.

That looks like a longer wheel base then either a van or a 4 door long bed would have to me. But I could be wrong. The mismatched wheels even make me think they just chopped the back end off a van and the front off a truck and welding them together.
