If getting tased in the gooch doesn’t deter people from stealing bike then nothing will.This should be standard on all bikes. 
Every new bike should have a system that without a code or key you get a good shock to the balls when you start pedaling it. 
This dude is lucky there was a bush to save him from eating the bark on the tree in front of him. Good thing bike thieves don’t sue for endangerment.
