After 5 DUI the Missus and I lost the driver licence for good. No need for the garage anymore. No more car.

I’m with Mercike, too drunk to drive anymore, so they sold the car, fastened the dor shut and grew graass on the driveway.
Looks like the back garage door used for lawnmowers and such. The front garage door may still be working.

Garage converted to living space but most of the time you take out the garage door and put a wall in.
Look carefully and you will see a ledge and drop-off at the bottom of the door. There was never a driveway paved there, or else it was jackhammered and hauled away and a new ledge poured.
This was probably a large storage building adjacent the living quaters, not a home, but was later converted into living space or to store something sensitive to high temperature on a farm.
