“Can’t afford two windshield wipers, easy fix, just move one wiper motor to the center of the windshield. Never mind the fact that bubba couldn’t even afford to replace the sticker covering up the rust spot. At least he was able to afford a trash bag to replace his window seal.”

The wiper motor has not been moved. Looks like it’s the factory location for the passenger side wiper.
Drum brakes in the rear – can you recall “brake fade”.
