50 cent cup holder [check], 8 cent screw [check], having a white trash cup holder in your car…. oh yeah!
we did this all the time growing up, back when cars didn’t have cup holders as a standard features.
I’ve got these in my boat and on my garden tractor! 🙂
Its just an old Jeep Cherokee,Not like they ruined the resale value,Its even missing the dash faceplate.
I’m seeing three, possibly six, WTR’s going on here!!! Is like a puzzle game.
The cup holder of course. Cigarette lighter Switch to the left of cigarette lighter. Vent to the right of cigarette lighter could be from a different vehicle. The stick shift and emergency brake look suspect too.
Let’s not forget the can of spray paint on the floor. I wonder if this person is a serial tagger?
I did something very similar to this several years ago in the old van I was driving at the time. Worked very well.
@David_G The dash cover is missing, as pointed out by Curt. The lighter, switch, and vent are correct, but the cover would have hidden the gaps betweent the panels, and the screws holding them in.
The shifter is not a stick, it’s an automatic, and the other lever is the transfer case shifter. It’s all correct mid-90’s XJ Cherokee stuff.
But, it all fairness, the entire Cherokee is pretty much an American Motors kludge in the first place.
I don’t think that’s spray paint. It’s Pam cooking spray. Maybe to get the shifter to move, open the door, or even insert the custom made ignition key.
It’s a Jeep thing you wouldn’t understand.
