maybe you might be doing some good for high wind stabilizing if each strap was attached to its own/separate ground auger but having two straps attached completely negates all efforts to stabilize the building.
This is a poor attempt at mimicking an actual product that is basically seat belts for your house, that’s used in Hurricane Alley. I cannot recall the name of said product, nor could I find it online.
