Looks like another idiot from NJ. This is a common repair on Ford Explorers because the upper plastic part of the tail gate is held on with an adhesive, and a few of the trucks were done incorrectly, so the plastic part falls off. Idiots too lazy to return to ford to have it fixed under recall, or shell out a few beans to have the simple epoxy repair made just put duct tape on.
