Just because you see a wooden fence doesn’t mean there isn’t an electrified wire running around on the inside of that top nailing rail and or the bottom one not in view. You should take an electric fence warning seriously regardless of whether you see the wire or not.

It would be fun to build this with a hidden wire (non-lethal voltage), and then watch people put their hands on it and get shocked, but some slip-and-fall lawyer would come after you.
