    if s/he was an exercise freak they would have the keyboard attached to the handle bars

    Only if you have to pedal to keep the power on!

    Bob somebody designed a computer work station like that, you pedal to power the monitor. I saw it a few months ago on the web. Too risky to have it power the computer because if you stop pedaling or if it breaks you lose your work.

    Looks like the bike is a substitute for a chair. No exercise going on here unless you take the bike outside and go ride it.

    This resembles a setup from a show about addiction where the guy was addicted to cycling and spent some 18+ hours a day riding a bicycle of some sort so had something like this rigged up so he could do his work without stopping.

    This is a road bike, not a stationary exercise bike. Not a setup for exercising. What it IS for, I can only wonder.
