BB June 14, 2013 at 11:04 amI’m wondering if that’s used for a baseball diamond. They use a tractor with a spiked, metal plate pulled behind to smooth out the dirt, and I can see this as a pretty good replacement!

It’s for raking sand traps and bunkers on golf courses.
