I’ve seen a lot of wheelchair support that’s this bad–and it actually isn’t as insane as it looks at first glance. While such a ramp is useless for someone pushing their own chair it’s still useful if somebody is pushing the chair.
(Although I admit I’ve encountered some so steep that I was the only one who could safely handle my mother-in-law’s chair on them.)
