“$20 dollar” is “twenty dollar dollar”, and is redundant.
Same for “$5 dollar”.
Probably thinks hes keeping someone from stealing the chrome tip.
Have you priced auto parts lately? The price of a new clamp is probably more than the price of the chain and padlock.
