looks more like a bathroom at a saloon or some kind of bathroom for clients, mechanics bathrooms look awful, they use pastes, and those lockers are expensive, too expensive to be used like that, so probably a saloon thingy

It is probably in a private home for some car guy or someone that wanted that industrial look,Either way they did a good job blanking out the upper drawers for the sink to fit.
