The submitter wrote: “After 6 years of driving this work van and asking to have the broken knobs replaced, I gave up and did it myself in all of 5 minutes. Beats using the needle nose pliers, I needed them else where!”

    Seems like they wouldn’t have the grip, or would “give” too much to actually turn em.

    I used needle nose pliers for a while until they slipped too many times and the knobs got rounded off…now its stuck on low speed and windshield defogger….lol At least I can adjust the temp to hot and cold 🙂
