    You don’t try to clean it up. Just let it dry, and keep working. Maybe, just MAYBE, scrape the paint off the window.

    If that is laytex paint, it will just peel right off the windows and anything plastic once it is dry.
    By the looks of the head rests, I wonder if that is a Volvo?
