I would not eat those at all. The radiator won’t get the internal temperature of the hot dogs up high enough to kill off any bacteria. That’s just food poisoning waiting to happen!

You can eat those things cold and they’re still safe. Just a matter of how hot you’d want them.

If from frozen, hot dogs are pre-cooked. Might not get hot enough to be very appealing, thought. And jeez, use some foil or something, that’ll be a mess when the hot dog juice dries onto the heater in an un-cleanable place, it’ll stink later.
