I’ve got a river lot that floods up to about 5 feet in the spring. This would be a good solution for something like that, hadn’t thought about a big camper with bumpouts. I doubt I’d go the extreme of roofing to convert it into a “trouse”

well if they get water over about 3 feet there electrical panel is shit out of luck, real bad choice for the breaker panel height, I would have opted out for 10 foot tall bell-bottom concrete pilings instead of driven wooden pilings and pieced together at that
