    I don’t see how this would be used as a relay tester???
    It just gives you 27 volts DC… for who knows what purpose :/

    Depends on the type and voltage of the relay. As said, just about 27vdc.

    Is there a relay that needs 27 volts, or close to it to operate? I’m guessing that’s what this is for, provide enough power to trip the relay.

    Could use to test 24v DC relay coils. Pretty clever portable power supply.

    In-ground watering systems use 24v AC to operate the valves. To test them or use them in a t-shirt cannon, you do exactly this.
