Roof Ramp

by DebbieWTR

I don’t think I would walk up this let alone use it as a ramp.  Wonder what the weight limit is on this one?  So would you trust this?

Ok, work with me here. I don’t think those are ramps. I think those are braces holding the scaffolding up against the house. I really like the 2×4’s attached to the scaffolding to make it higher. However, a couple of the 2×4’s weren’t long enough so they used some bricks to even them out.

I dont think, Im pretty certain those are bracing to keep the brick from falling over while the mortar dries.

Upon closer inspection, they do appear to be bracing the scaffolding. It looked as though they went just underneath at first. Thats pretty scary.

Also you might notice that the wheels of the scaffolding are about 6 feet off the ground, and then they have wired some metal post to the scaffold legs with coathangers maybe? And the pipe they have wired on for leg extensions is different lengths so they had to even it out with the bricks. Just keeps getting scarier every time I look at it LOL

Even funnier is the folding ladder twisted into an extension ladder.

I’m a little surprised that the weight of the boards isn’t enough to make those rocks slide forward. As soon as Bubba rocked his scaffold a little, they probably popped right out.
