There are plenty of waterfront fishing cottages like this up near I live. Usually people just sleep in them, they aren’t traditional cottages in which all your drunk college buddies go to your parents retreat by the lake. It’s more drunken Quebec gone’fishing house. I imagine the R/V was added as additional room, and why not. It’s not meant to be a luxury retreat. I would almost bet that this is from Quebec.
