Looks like a hard way to get in and out of the care. This it is not secure because you have to leave the window open to get in or out.

I’m picturing the guys who come and bring in the carts towing it back to the store with one of those motorized cart movers and parking it handily in the cart-return area. I know it couldn’t happen, but it’s a humorous image.

I can see the cart people letting all of the air out of dip-shits tires, but i really think this is some ones idea of a prank you’d have get out of that vehicle by the windows

I think this was a prank. Somebody ( several bodies!) picked up the corral and put it around the car.
