This should appeal quite nicely to the red-neck crowd. I this particular pic, the benches are inside, so they shouldn’t get hot.
I’m also assuming they are all spent shells. But it might be good clean red-neck fun to replace a few of them with live shells to see if they’d go off in the sun.

Those are empty shotgun shells so this should be called shotgun shell bench.
