It’s a tractor, but somebody used an old VW bus to create an enclosed cab on it. The roller is simply an attachment that appears to be connected to an hydraulic system (the yellow box). I’m sure with that set up they could put on a blade for snow plowing or pushing around dirt. Somebody put a lot of work into a simple tractor to make it more versatile and comfortable. To bad it now appears to be neglected and run down.
