I think they need more cardboard and packing tape because they missed half the holes.

Next time your kids are board give them a few boxes and tell them to make a village.  As you can see these Bubba kids are creative.  A+

That is going to be one sad repair if it rains or snows.  Cardboard is never a good choice for window repairs!
