I gotta admit not a bad idea.  Why take up a whole sink to dry dishes when if you simply cut out the bottom of the shelf above the sink...

At first thought this was a toilet seat taped down then I realized it was one of those ugly corning wear dishes from the 1960's.  Lord only knows whats taped...
