I don't know what is scarier the fact that they went shopping wearing this or that they are pushing a stroller. 

"Saw this stroller being carried by a bike carrier. I think this is a great way to keep your trunk space for other things."

No stroller?  No problem just wheel that baby around in a wheelbarrow!
