Apparently in Europe patching pot holes with tires is ok.... Good idea or bad idea?

Just flip that car on it's side to work on it, it will be ok the tires are holding it up.
WHY??? Is this even possible? How do they open the doors?
Gotta get that weekend work out in, all you need is some tires and a stick.
I guess no one will be test driving this car, tires and rims are not included.
