Real mail goes up top and junk mail below.

What a sad mailbox.  See if I was the mailman I would have to leave the top open and pray it rains, maybe then they would replace it.

In my opinion all they need to do is pop a hole in the trash can so they can toss the junk mail out right at the curb.
