Time for some bass

Time for some bass

“Nokia 100 bass boost with JVC XX something headphones. I just wanted better voice quality and noise insulation and I figured, hey my JVC headphones are never used, just sitting there collecting dust. Lo and behold the ultimate botch! The treble got better, the bass is surprisingly pokey, and I can now hear people on the other line even when they have shit quality phone.”

I had to do a similar thing when my headphones died and getting a new pair was too much of a problem because of a weird plug the phone used. I did it a bit different. Cut the headphones and soldered a jack socket to it so I did not have to cut the working headphones and could use different ones.
