Having been in a third world country I can say that a shower there is a pipe that exits higher on the wall. Most third world countries don’t have much of a middle class. There’s them that has and them that don’t.
Based on the OP’s description, I can tell that he thinks the word “white trash” is something that goes in the garbage can.
