Extra Padding

Somehow I imagine this is driven by a little blue hair lady on her way to bingo.

OF COURSE it is driven by a little old lady on her way to play Bingo! THAT’S MY MAMA’s CAR, you dipshits!

Some cars (and car seats) are positioned too low and too far back for smaller drivers to reach the controls comfortably. Most cars don’t fit either short or very tall drivers comfortably. In addition, if the car seat is old (as in a used car formerly driven by a larger driver) the springs and upholstery are squashed, lumpy, and uncomfortable. You can sometimes get used seats in reasonable condition at a junk yard, but replacing a car seat is fairly expensive no matter what you do.

Yes, I’m a fairly small person and I’ve used cushions in the driver’s seat … but I prefer cushions that are designed for that purpose. Bed pillows would not give adequate support and could slide around too much.
