    Toilet needs to be lifted up and the wax ring underneath replaced.

    And this is how it works. This is why you see those blue tarps on roofs months after a storm.

    Because a good redneck fix means it ain’t broke any more!

    Tarpaulin on the roof, fixed the leaky roof! Rags on the floor, fixed the leaky toilet.

    Gross? Gross is synonymous with grand. So this is yucky on a gross scale. Yuck! Please, properly fix your toilet.
    Maybe that’s what gonna happen. The towels are just there temporarily. Hope those towels will get washed with bleach afterwards.
