Seeing something like that would make me want to take a hammer to it and then steal the gas whether I needed it or not; just out of principle.
Cause locking gas caps are just too expensive and hard to install. What a dumbass.
I gotta agree with Red, what a dumbass. I would assume a locking cap would be just as cheap.
