I’ll bet there are a ton of people like me, who, in those poor days living in a crap room, only had a coffee maker salvaged from goodwill (or some of the same places), and learned to heat almost anything up in it!

I don’t see what’s WTR about this. When I lived in the dorms, we couldn’t have a microwave, and this is how almost all of us cooked. You can get surprisingly creative with your recipes when you approach this as a challange, instead od as a WTR.
