With a little bit more duct tape we can get though one more season!

I don't get this why bother duct taping a pen when all you have to do is steal another one at the bank or doctors office?

I'm guessing that he filed an insurance claim with Geico and it didn't go so well.  I do however like the colorful duct tape job.
