"Half duct tape, half electrical tape. Assuming either from Saskatchewan or Alberta due to lack of a front license plate."

Not only did they do the plastic wrap back window but they did a customize "Jeep" logo out of duct tape.  Very Fancy Bubba!

I guess this Bubba got tired of listening to the trash bag blow in the wind as he drove down the road so he went for the duct tape look. 

"Saw this little beauty at the Wal-Mart notice how the duct tape goes all the way up to wrap around the tail light, lookin' good Bubba!!!"

Way to go Bubba, take the family mini van and add red duct tape as the brake light.  Maybe no one will notice, until they hit you!
